Harold Bloom's List of Shakespeare's Masterpieces.

"Shakespeare has some two dozen masterpieces among his thirty-nine plays..."

"twenty-four of which are masterpieces."

According to Bloom, Shakespeare's first great play was Love's Labour's Lost; he therefore excludes Titus AndronicusThe Taming of the Shrew and The Comedy of Errors, among other early works, from the list of masterpieces.
